Why is this comedian different from all other comedians?

Scott Blakeman is one of the few comedians to use Jewish humor as an integral part of his act. He has performed his contemporary Jewish humor around the world including the Bar Mitzvah Show at the Montreal Just For Laughs Festival, the Jewish Historical Museum in Amsterdam, and Kung Pao Kosher Comedy in San Francisco.

Scott interviewed Freddie Roman in Catskills on the Hudson at the Museum of Jewish Heritage. He headlined Radical Menshes and Maniacs: New Jewish Humor and Music at La Mama Theater. Scott performs regularly at New York's 92nd St. Y, and the New York Friars Club, where he is a member. He is a sought after comedian for shows at Temples, JCC's, Hillels and private events.

Scott recently performed his one man show Liberal Jew at the Grange Hall on Martha's Vineyard, and the Town Hall in Lenox, Massachusetts.
